Ravi Sastry » President

Ravi has held senior management positions in international sales, marketing, logistics, and operations. During his 24-year career, he has lived and worked in 14 countries on three continents, forging strategic relationships with industry leaders like Bosch, IBM, McKinsey, and Samsung. Ravi graduated from Lander University in chemistry and is a resident of the US.

At International Innovations, Ravi directs projects in the areas of sourcing, outsourcing, manufacturing, strategic partnering, and M&A. He also has overall responsibility for client relations and satisfaction.

David Hunter » Sourcing, Outsourcing, and Manufacturing

David is an expert on the business practices of China. His wide-ranging experience includes sales, marketing, sourcing, outsourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management, primarily in the high-tech industry. David is a British citizen with residences in Shenzhen, China and the U.K.

At International Innovations, David directs client projects in the areas of sourcing, outsourcing, and manufacturing. He also manages the company’s operations in Shenzhen, China and Penang, Malaysia.

Raymond McConnell » Leadership and Organizational Development

Raymond’s proprietary learning systems have benefited thousands of students in over 40 countries; from inner city classrooms to the boardrooms of F&N, IBM, and Siemens. He is an expert in organizational development, helping companies of all sizes to improve their skills in leadership, communications, and sales. Raymond earned Master’s degrees from Princeton University and the University of Maryland. He shuttles between homes in the USA and Singapore.

At International Innovations, Raymond prepares clients, from senior executives through line personnel, to achieve superior performance from their Asia teams.
